Bathroom refit, Oxted
Quoted honestly, arrived when they said they would, and the bathroom was finished to a standard well above what we expected. No mess left behind either.
Boiler replacement, Caterham
The old boiler failed on a Friday. Replaced and running by Tuesday, with the price agreed in writing before anything started.
Annual service, Limpsfield
Third year running now. Always on time, always tidy, and they send a reminder so I never have to think about it.
Drain cleaning we handle
Drains silt up gradually. Fat, scale, silt and root growth narrow the bore until a run that coped for years starts backing up, usually at the least convenient moment.
What cleaning involves
High pressure jetting scours the inside of the pipe rather than punching a hole through the blockage, which is the difference between cleaning a drain and clearing one. For runs where jetting is not appropriate we rod mechanically. Either way the aim is to return the pipe to its full bore rather than restore just enough flow to stop the immediate problem.
Planned cleaning for busy premises
Kitchens, restaurants, care homes and other premises that put fat and food waste through their drains benefit from cleaning on a schedule rather than waiting for a blockage during service. We can set that up at an interval that suits the site and the volume going through it.
Checking the condition while we are there
A clean is a good opportunity to see the state of the pipework. Where there is any doubt about the condition of a run, a camera survey afterwards shows whether the pipe is sound or whether a repair is going to be needed before long, so it can be planned rather than dealt with as an emergency.

Frequently asked questions about drain cleaning
What is the difference between unblocking and cleaning?
Unblocking clears an immediate blockage. Cleaning, usually by jetting, removes the build-up lining the pipe so drains flow freely and are less likely to block again.
How often should drains be cleaned?
It depends on use. Kitchens and busy properties benefit from regular cleaning to stop grease building up. We can advise a sensible interval for your property.
Is jetting safe for my pipes?
Yes. Jetting is a controlled, water-based clean suited to household and commercial drainage. We assess the pipework first and use the right pressure for the job.
Which areas do you cover?
London and the surrounding area. Tell us your postcode and we will confirm.
Do you clean commercial drains as well?
Yes. Kitchens, restaurants and managed properties are a regular part of the work, and we can schedule cleaning around opening hours where the job allows.
Drains slow or smelly?
Tell us the problem and we will confirm whether a clean is the answer and what it will cost.
